We are unable to book recoveries in advanced, there are a number of reasons for this however as we are a 24 hour emergency recovery company, our main aim is to provide breakdown / incident response.
This is a priority for us:

1. Broken down on a Motorway.
2. Blocking the carriageway following an incident.
3. Broken down in a live lane.
4. Danger to life.

Stewart's Recovery prioritise Breakdown / indcidents and therefore cannot agree on pre booked recoveries. We advise calling us on the morning (between 8 and 9am) you require a recovery where we can offer a stable ETA. We wouldn't want to pre book a recovery to then have to let you down due to a call which would take priority.
